NodeJS types alternative

Is there some package I can import to use as a replacement for @types/node?

Since there are a bunch of things that are not available in the frida-gum runtime it ends up not being clear to me what I can actually use sometimes. (e.g: TextEncoder and TextDecoder)

I would like to know precisely which types are available and which ones are not
