Can anyone who has a spare time please help me understand how to move my paper from overleaf to ICCV latex template?

This is the link to the paper on Overleaf: https://www.overleaf.com/8263354828vjstpgmmzbnx and this is the link to ICCV latex template: http://www.waset.org/downloads/latex.zip.

I am still working on the paper but I am struggling to understand how to do the migration. I was able to move the texts but couldn't get the citations, bibliography and figures right.
