use color to delineate sent vs received rather than explicitly stating it

in the transactions list, instead of "SENT:" and "RECEIVED:", make the text red for sent, and green for received (not the whole transaction, just the amount - but do leave the "-" sign on sent transactions, and please add a "+" sign on received transactions
