Get matches data with rating information on either individual players on the whole team

I'm currently doing a course project and I'm trying to query a dataset having the following match ids, player 1 to 10 played heroes, outcome and either individual player ratings or ratings of the two teams prior to the starting of the match.

Is there a way to query such kind of data?
