Specially process OCaml release announcements

The Inria feed does not contain any information. This may be problematic for those coming to the site. It would be good to process it to detect OCaml releases and to add a link to the corresponding o.o page — if it exists if course.

All Inria static websites send to ocaml.org.

This site is updated infrequently. For up-to-date information, please visit the new OCaml website at ocaml.org.

I know about this mailing list do you think it's the best way to handle it? Or, maybe do you know another feed channel about it.

Do you have any idea to hook the new release of Inria?

The caml list is already parsed to display recent subjects on the “Community” page. One could certainly detect announcements. However, new announcements require pages to be created on the website. The script should automatically create a page — and running it manually would allow to add and tweak that page with minimal effort. @damiendoligez usually adds a page to the website for new releases now so the script should also detect that this has not been done. Ideally, it should also ease the life of @damiendoligez by creating the page from the information available in https://github.com/ocaml/ocaml
