Add a page about University labs using OCaml?

While discussing with Pierre Boutillier from Fontana Labs, the idea came that a page about University Labs using OCaml may make sense. There are well know players (say, in Paris!) but there are also some interesting uses outside computer science departments. It thus seems to me that a page like the companies one would be useful.

Content note: unh AI lab uses ocaml exclusively

I am interested in being long term admin for this data set/page.

I also believe this is one of the most promising areas to grow ocaml adoption in the short term. I would consider a micro site or landing page dedicated to just making a persuasive case for why more CS and science academic labs should use ocaml.

Maybe just rename "Companies using OCaml" to "Organizations using OCaml", maybe tag each organization with a type like "company", "research lab", etc.
