Remove headings from toplevel pages?

In (e.g.) the Learn page:
http://ocaml.org/learn/

The layout looks a lot better with the Learn heading in the top of the text removed, as the rest of the content lines up nicely. The downside is that the only indication of your current location is the orange highlight in the menu bar, but this is the situation with non-toplevel pages (e.g. http://ocaml.org/learn/tutorials/basics.html)

The problem is also on mobile where the navbar becomes a retractable menu. For non toplevel pages, there is the “running header” which helps navigation.
