Two dead links need update

404, because github no longer use github.com for pages. Just replace github.com with github.io

Way too old, there is no point to click that link. Maybe just change it to the git repo?

Please just update them for ease of random visitors.

Maybe we can also include a link to documentation in the very top of "README.md"? Right under "build status" seems a good spot.
