Expected Behavior

Voice can be sent through virtual cable to zoom or webex or teams.
(already worked with version 30.2.3.)

Current Behavior

Voice cannot be sent through virtual cable to zoom or webex or teams.
(does not work anymore with the current version)

Steps to Reproduce

Install Virtual Audio Cable → https://vb-audio.com/Cable

1. In OBS, add any microphone as an Audio Input Capture source
2. Set VB-Audio Virtual Cable as the Monitoring Device (Settings → Audio)
3. In the Advanced Audio Properties, set the microphone to "Monitor and Output"
4. In Zoom / Webex / Teams, select CABLE Output as the microphone
5. In version 30.2.3, the voice signal was passed from OBS to Zoom / Webex / Teams.
   In the current version, no audio signal is transmitted from OBS through Virtual Cable.

The hexadecimal value (0x88890008) (or (hr=88890008)) is a Windows error code indicating that the target device is using an unsupported audio format. maybe win-wasapi should support auto conver format.
