Respect UserDefaults when reading the configuration

I have such a strange idea to run BlockBlock on MacOS with no real users. These MacOS server will be used for some predictables tasks.
And I know the white list of launch agents that i'll have and I think I can write rules and run BlockBlock without user interaction.
