As discussed in TC 2024-07-31:

There are legitimate cases where a client wants to specify a non-insertable/non-updatable property in order to ensure that the specified value occurs in the after-image.

Two possible fixes:

• Post-conditions #1972 and Post-condition odata-vocabularies#267
• Post-conditions via annotations odata-vocabularies#268
