4. Progression of Aggregation Extensions to CSD05 [8:15]

   Heiko tables the following motion:

   I move that the TC approve OData Extension for Data Aggregation Version 4.0 Working Draft 05 uploaded as https://groups.oasis-open.org/higherlogic/ws/groups/e7cac2a9-2d18-4640-b94d-018dc7d3f0e2/download/73010 as Committee Draft 05 and designate the Markdown version as authoritative. I further move that the TC approve submitting the aforementioned Committee Draft for 15 days of public review.

   George and Hubert second. TC holds a

   Full Majority Vote in support of the motion: 8 yes, 0 nos, 0 abstentions, 1 absence.

   The motion passes.

5. Issues [9:00]
   OData TC Github Issues

   Consider adding railroad diagrams for the URL syntax #315
   Diagrams need to change for 1*(...) and *(...) and 1*3(...) rules. Christoph will correct the PR ODATA-1379: Add syntax diagram generation tool and HTML output odata-abnf#131 accordingly. The HTML page with the railroad diagrams shall be published on GitHub Pages.

   Heiko promises a pull request that converts references to ABNF rules in the specification documents to hyperlinks to the HTML page.

   Position of # in @type references #2127
   TC agrees to resolve the issue as proposed by Ralf. Heiko will prepare a pull request.

   Relative precedence of "restrictions specific to a path" odata-vocabularies#298
   TC agrees on the proposed wording changes. Heiko will correct the base branch of PR Disallow conflicting restrictions for the same capability odata-vocabularies#304 and resubmit it for review.

   Preference for Skipping Status Monitor Resource Creation #2126
   New preference for fire-and-forget requests that return 202 Accepted with Preference-Applied but without Location header. They would then ignore respond-async and wait preferences.

   Prefer: wait=0 cannot be used to express the same because Ling's service ignores this value. It is also unclear whether a server should cancel a create request after the preferred wait period is exceeded. A new preference would make the client's intent clear. Hubert will create a PR that defines one.

   Also, Hubert will create an issue suggesting a preference for a retention period for the result of an asynchronous request.
