how to upload video file to process on "HB2k-extra" setting and way to avoid "too small phage file size error" ?

I dont know how to upload video file on HB2K-oto and HB2k-extra setting.
Plz give me bit more specific instruction to use the setting.
Help me to solve the problem I have encountered with different error messages, like "too small page file size" or OMM error
My operating system is windows10 on Intel 14400K RTX5060 ti (16G VRAM)

If it were me, I would reduce the size of this twice, split it into 320x240, 15 fps, 3-minute videos, then upscale it 3x. According to the tests I did, the best upscale is 3x+. But since your GPU is weak, you can't do 3x with the current file size; you can only do 2x at most. So my advice to you is to do as I said.
