Problem with user permissions for nix.conf

The user permissions might left it unusable.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Erase the nix.conf file for the ~/.config/nix folder in home.
2. Login with nix-auth.
3. Get authenticated.

Can you run this?

ls -la $HOME/.config/nix

And alow provide the error?
