Add login.go’s resolveProviderAndHost to other commands like Status #5

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When using a custom host for which --provider needs to be passed to nix-auth login, it is not possible to check the status of the token.

I’d be nice for the tool to either keep somewhere the provider-host association or accept a cli argument to define this.
