Description
When starting a new camp you are unable to start the 'clear debris' projects due to lack of resources. Using the 'tribes' page to change camp locations it is possible to bypass this by using the resource pool of the existing camps to start the project, though the camp on the level does not have a trading post and, until the construction of the camp on that level, those projects were not accessible.

I feel that the 'projects' page should either

  1. Assess the resource conditions only from the camp on that level. ie. If no trading post and insufficient resources at that camp, you are unable to initiate the project from any camp location.
  2. Assess the resource conditions from the entire pool of all camps, regardless of the trading post status of all camps.
