[Request] Add mkv AV1 H265/H264

This is my normal work flow and would love to be able to have that again.

mkv seems to be available for AV1 only, but there is nothing in the plugin code that limits it to AV1 so it seems like the app doesn't allow mkv + h264/5?

Any update on this? This would be useful to have for exporting HDR videos.
