Network Management:

Added the ability for users to add custom nodes for specific networks or the entire network not presented in Nova.
Display node availability through connection status.
Show node response times.
Allow users to switch the connection mode between ‘auto-balanced’ and ‘manual’ for any network.
Let users to disable the entire network for the whole app.
Users can add their own Substrate or EVM networks with block explorers and CoinGecko price URLs.
Disabled networks are filtered out throughout the app, except in specific cases, such as the Manual Backup flow, where visibility of all networks is required.
