Wallet Connect. Refresh wallet should trigger allow dialogue with new networks list.

Description

Refresh should update the network list in WalletConnect wallet, otherwise the only way to add more accounts to the wallet would be - delete and add a new one.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add Wallet Connect
2. Go to wallet details
3. Refresh the wallet

Expected Behavior

Wallet should trigger request to add wallet in order to pick networks new networks

Actual Behavior

Can't add accounts for new networks without delete\add process
