Multishard wallet. Can't transfer founds, wrong available balance is shown

Description

When user has multishard wallet with a few accounts in the network, he can't make a transfer - Available balance is calculating wrong

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use test database
2. Select mister-coin wallet
3. Try to send some WND on test network from one of shards

Expected Behavior

Available balance calculates from selected shard

Actual Behavior

Available balance won't change when change the account
