Description

When reload the app it repeatedly start to add proxies.

Test data

spektr-database.json

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run app
  2. Reload page
  3. Waiting for proxy-worker to start up

Expected Behavior

Proxy worker won't remove wallets without reasons

Actual Behavior

Infinity loop with remove and add proxies
