Actual behavior

Expected behavior

Inside 'す' is filled by the outline color.

Workaround

Using larger outline blur will make it difficult to be noticed.

This is a self intersection issue with the outline path, once the outline is thick enough it crosses over itself in the center of the circle it begins to render incorrectly. You can see the same effect with o. If you find a solution id be happy to hear about it.
