It's very slow. In a similar project, I got 8.6ms for fullscreen with the STM32F103C8. Are the scores you mentioned in milliseconds? I can send you the code if you want. Also, the ILI9341 works on touchscreens.

I currently have the F103, and I've been working on it. I converted the STM32-Palatformio-Arduino library from here: https://www.lcdwiki.com/2.4inch_Arduino_Display

And I'm using the STM32F103 with an overclock of 112MHz. However, the score I mentioned is based on 72MHz. At 112MHz, it gives a result of 5.5ms.

I think the boards you mentioned have a strong chance of working. The LCD and CPU speeds might not match. However, the problem can be easily solved by adding a few NOPs to the write registers. In short, by adding NOPs, it will work with any CPU and LCD (considering other specifications as well).
