Portable App Format Installation

Blinkeye app for windows available exe only.

Need as portable app for windows system

Example :: Sharex screenshot app for windows in portable format

On windows office laptop cannot install exe its will get blocked or need to get permission.

If Binkeye available in portable version
It will be Good
