Dialog with Yes/No when clearing all nodes

F4 clears all your nodes while F3 places a node.
They're very close to each other, so it's easy to accidentally hit F4 and clear all of your nodes.
There should be a "Are you sure? Yes/No" dialog box when F4 is pressed.
