Add option to the metrics server to listen on all addresses of an interface

It would be very convenient if there would be an option to listen on an interface like tailscale0 without having to put the IP of each machine into my nix config. The nixpkgs prometheus exporter reealise this by running on 0.0.0.0 and adding firewall allow rules which would also be an option.
