It's now possible to run simple CLI linux programs but there are some additional settings we need for NixOS linux emulation

Mount linprocfs in nix build chroots
Set LOCALE_ARCHIVE so that translation works
Add /run/opengl-drivers so mesa will work (requires drm-kmod)
