Docs for 0.30.0 failed to build on docs.rs

The documentation failed to build on docs.rs: https://docs.rs/crate/nix/0.30.0/.

I'm unsure if this is a mistake in the crate or a mistake in docs.rs so I'm opening here because you probably know more than me. Feel free to close and redirect to the correct place as necessary.

I haven't seen any issues about this from a seach for the terms "docs.rs" and "0.30" here, sorry if I missed one.

Looks like you can build the documentation locally to test it, I am thinking about adding this to our release procedure.

Let me drop the 0.30.1 to fix the issue.
