Although there is no cspell.nvim in nixpkgs, cspell itself is in nixpkgs at nodePackages{_latest}.cspell
The plugin is a companion for none-ls, so ideally adding support for this plugin would come with support for adding it in plugins.none-ls.sources.diagnostics.cspell and plugins.none-ls.sources.code_actions.cspell.

It's also worth noting that the code_actions require the diagnostics.
