Output damages on splits

Calculate damages (as currently) for the "split" lengths/areas of assets, then write out before aggregating back against individual asset id.

Possible use cases:

• the NbS workflow could make use of the split damages to link explicitly and only direct damages within a buffer area of opportunities
• calculation/visualisation of hotspots by location, possibly aggregating across assets from multiple sectors
