Clear and concise description of the feature request

I've attempted to switch to VSCodium recently, and while many extensions are available on OpenVSX, I've noticed some of my absolute favorites are not. According to the codium docs, it turns out extensions must be manually published to the OpenVSX marketplace due to licensing issues.
There are some instructions on how to do so. If you're willing, it would be awesome if this was made available!
