Are commands listed in after-startup-command ran consecutively?

Given the following command:

after-startup-command = [
  'move-workspace-to-monitor --workspace 1.Code ka270h secondary main',
  'move-workspace-to-monitor --workspace 2.Browse main',
  'move-workspace-to-monitor --workspace 3.Entertainment main',
  'move-workspace-to-monitor --workspace 4.Comms main',
  'move-workspace-to-monitor --workspace 5.System secondary main',
  'move-workspace-to-monitor --workspace 6.Productivity main',
  'move-workspace-to-monitor --workspace 7 secondary main',
  'move-workspace-to-monitor --workspace 8 main',
  'move-workspace-to-monitor --workspace 9 secondary main',
  'move-workspace-to-monitor --workspace 10 main',
  'workspace 1.Code', 'workspace 2.Browse'
]

I would expect all my workspace to be placed on the correct monitors, which they are, and then workspace 1 and 2 to be focused in the end.

However, this is not the case. Every time workspace 9 and 2 are focused which leads me to think these aren't consecutive.

Also, if I were to repeat the last two commands twice, then the expected workspaces would be focused on startup

Make a script that runs all these commands and I think it should be ordered then

They are consecutive. Why wrong workspaces get activated in the end? I don't know immediately. Maybe it's a bug, maybe it's some other misconfiguration on your side
