I prefer setting the system appearance to light mode while using a dark mode wallpaper. However, this combination causes the monospace font in the menu bar (#56) to appear in dark , making it difficult to see.

I only have access to macOS 15.3.1, and it's working fine for me too. For example Github Copilot is wrong but AeroSpace is working fine for me.

I cannot reproduce the issue. Normally, I also use light appearance and I use just black color wallpaper. I tried to set Big Sur dark wallpaper, the workspace indicator stays white as expected |

Ah, I didn't pay attention that you are running Ventura, I am running macOS 14 and 15 on my two different laptops, and it works fine on them. I propose then to keep old non-monospaced tray icon on Ventura, I will create an issue or a patch directly later. |
