Not same the results when trained with 200 epochs.

1. When I trained with 200 epochs like in your paper at 4.1 section, but when implement the test step that the results are not same you on coefficients ( as the below pics). Why? please help us, thank you.
   

2. How do we compute the FPS coefficient.
