Releases: nightscout/nightguard
V2.6.254
Display some statistics for the most recent readings.
The stats panel contains 3 circular views + a period selector view, each of them having a number of "pages"; tapping the circular view will "turn the page", presenting another stats aspect.
The views:
glucose average & A1c estimation + glucose variation (standard deviation & coefficient of variation); along the values, a color-meter border gives feedback about the values (green - great, yellow & values in between - ok, red - not so good)
glucose distribution view: percents/time for having the glucose readings in low/in/high ranges
readings count, invalid readings view
period selector - toggles the period between Last 24h / Last 8h / Today / Yesterday / Today & Yesterday.
For the moment, the Low & High thresholds are the Low & High alarm values.
Thanks Florian for this nice feature!
V2.5.443
Many new features - once again thanks florian!
- Completely new configuration UI
- override system volume, progressive volume & vibrate (configurable in volume subscreen)
- quick snooze feature (configurable short snoozing when shaking the phone or volume buttons)
- dim screen when idle feature (configurable after how many minutes of idle)
Apple watch also got some consistent things:
- all the alarm settings & relevant prefs are synchronized more consistently than before
- Snooze on watch also snoozes the phone (and reverse)
- "Night Safe" indicator in watch (a small green dot on bottom) when phone is activated, lock screen is on and audible volume - for people who do not want to sleep with their phones, just check on the watch that the phone alarms will be effective
V2.4.385
Florian did a lot of work. Thanks for that Florian!
So you get new features & fixes:
- Fixes for consolidating updates of watch app on activation & double-tap
- Nightscout service & cache always call completion (even when the request is served from cache), so more consistent handling in clients
- Sync current BG reading time with Nightscout
- Fix timer in phone app that could stop working when the app went to background (and no alarms were ever played)
- Show current BG on app badge - inspired by Spike app
- Local user notifications when alarm is activated and the app is in background
- Facelifts in all screens
- More consistent keyboard handling in Prefs, URI error handling & reporting
- Show alarm reason in notification, main screen & watch
- Smart snooze feature (do not alert when high or low but the BG is going in the right direction or predicted to leave the zone in next 30mins) - inspired by xdrip+
- Low prediction alert - also from xdrip+
- Show next predicted values in charts - cooler than in xdrip+ ;)
- Open Nightscout in app - Spike again
V2.2.295
V2.1.1
V2.1.0
V2.0.0
- Completely Rewritten Background Updates on Watch and App
- Completely Rewritten Complications. You will love them now ;-)
Florian managed to struggle down the difficult background job api from apple! - Invalid values (e.g. due to bad sensor) lower than 10 are ignored in the chart now. The display space is used more efficient due to that.
- Better Alarm-Slider usability
- Better Alarm-Value synchronization to the watch
All contributed by Florian! Thanks for this amazing job!
V1.7.0
-
Did you had the problem that the snooze button was pressed accidentally at night?
This has been fixed in 1.7.0: The snooze button now snoozes for 30 seconds during the popup screen.
If you don't select a snooze time, you will get alarms even if the popup stays in front.
That is a feature for my loving wife - happy birthday Konny ;-). -
New progress indicator on the watch. You can double tap to refresh the current values. Thanks Florian for providing this feature!

(Hopefuly) fixed a crash which could have happened if you have alerts for consecutive values right after midnight
