Adding users via automation

First of all, thank you for this fantastic project! 🚀

We use Alarmo in our office and are looking for ways to automate the process of adding codes for new employees. While the alarmo.enable_user action allows us to activate previously configured users, we need a way to create new users dynamically via automation.

Proposal

Introduce a new ation, alarmo.add_user, which functions as an automation-friendly equivalent of the "Create new user" feature in the UI. This would enable seamless integrations with existing onboarding procedures.
