Missing CoArbitrary and Function instances

• All newtype wrappers from Data.Semigroup

There are also missing Arbitrary1 intstances for newtype wrappers and Solo.

But I will wait until those instances are added to QuickCheck proper.

See haskellari/qc-instances#108, I'd expect to remove all contents of touched modules, not just Arbitrary instances

No serious effort has been put into Arbitrary1 yet however.

Has this been fixed in 2.18? The issue is not closed and there is no milestone on it.

For what it's worth I'm looking into removing even more instances from qc-instances and moving them here.
Please let me know if that is correct.
