Does this watchtower applys docker-compose configs: after update?

There has been issue already created containrrr#1988, I was wonder, does this watchtower take care of applying config while restart of container during update?

I personally use the configs: field in my SearXNG deployment and have not experienced the same issues that are noted in the referenced issues (containrrr#1988 and containrrr#1989).

While Watchtower is not designed to be contextually aware of Compose files, when it performs an update, it should copy over everything from the old container to the new one.

It will be interesting to do some targeted integration testing with this concern in mind.
