fetch file failed

hello everyone, when I build 23.5 hardknott, ERROR reported in log file says:

@854619267 what target were you trying to build that causes this error to show up? How did you setup your build environment?

I couldn't reproduce the issue when I ran bitbake -c fetch linux-nilrt - the kernel repo was fetched without issues.

FYI these are the steps I followed on a machine with Ubuntu 24.04.2.

git clone https://github.com/ni/nilrt.git
cd nilrt
git checkout nilrt/23.5/hardknott

git submodule init
git submodule update --remote --checkout
git submodule foreach git checkout nilrt/23.5/hardknott

bash ./docker/create-build-nilrt.sh
. ni-oe-init-build-env

bitbake -c fetch linux-nilrt
