At the moment we have an azure pipeline, github action and batch file that we need to modify if our build process changes.

Describe the solution you'd like
We need to change our approach to use a powershell script that can be executed locally

Describe alternatives you've considered
Batch files, azure pipelines, and github actions are already implemented, running the same commands.

Additional context
This is something that i will be implementing.
