Resize the image portion selected with the Selection tool

The ability to resize the selected portion of the canva would be useful.

Motivation
The existing glyphs have a fixed size and often a rescaled version of them is required. Rather than manipulating the glyph PNG image with an external application, it would be more convenient to be able to resize the the to adapt it to the icon being created. Implementing the ability to resize a selected portion of an image is a more generic functionality that also covers the resizing of individual glyphs.
Resizing would affect the portion of image in the active layer only.

Proposal of usage

• Select the Portion of image you want to resize (with the existing selection tool).
• Hold Modifier Key: Hold down the SHIFT (or CTRL, ALT, or another specified key) to enable the resize functionality.
• Resize the Portion: Move the mouse to resize the selected portion of the image. The bounding box will adjust in real-time to show the new size.
• Apply Changes: Once satisfied with the resized portion, release the modifier key and apply the changes to save the resized image.
