Natively support sourcing extension files

On my work machine, there are extensions that I want to source but that I don't want to maintain in this repo. I'd like to be able to place some zsh file in ~/.config/ that will be sourced from base.zshrc, if it exists.

A workaround is to fork this and make modifications in the fork, but this means having to deal with merge conflicts.
