As a user
I want to configure authentication for my remote policy endpoint
So that I can keep my endpoints secure

Acceptance

Authentication can be configured for my policy bundle locations:
- Native cloud auth using service account annotations for AWS, GCP, Azure (requires use of respective SDKs)
- HTTP authentication methods using Kubernetes Secrets (basic auth, bearer token, jwt...)
