Add support for Basilisp environment

I would like to suggest adding support for Basilisp environment in future releases. This would allow developers working with Basilisp to leverage Clerk's powerful features for their development workflow.

Basilisp is a Lisp dialect that runs on Python's ecosystem, and supporting it would expand Clerk's reach to developers who use this environment.
