The config section is still a bit weak and could be tightened but the rest is pretty solid now.
Part 6 (06_configuration.md) covers making the decorator and observer configurable, then adding a formal ConfigScope. Areas to consider tightening:
- The intentional build failure in section 1.1-1.3 (Adam questioned whether it adds value, then said "maybe it's OK to leave it in for now")
- General verbosity of the configuration explanations
- The ConfigScope/navigate() duality explanation could be more concise
