Steps to reproduce

1. Create/Open a Folder with many children (folders or files)
2. Scroll down by using the scroll bar

Expected behaviour

When scrolling using the scroll bar it is expected, that the user is able to scroll all the way down using said scroll bar.

Actual behaviour

At some point scrolling down the android client mistakes the downward swipe on the scroll bar for a refresh-motion, aborts the scrolling and refreshes the directory.
