[OTel hybrid agent] Figure out an automated testing strategy for supported OTel instrumentation

Depending on the results of the following spikes, determine what an automated testing strategy would look like for any supported OTel instrumentation:

• Spike: Test OTel Manual instrumentation with NR OTel Span Prototype #2061
• Spike: Test OTel Standalone Library Instrumentation with NR OTel Span Prototype #2060
• Spike: Explore ways for the New Relic Java agent to use OTel bytecode instrumentation #2062

Since the goal is to combine spans from NR instrumentation and OTel instrumentation into the same traces we will need to be fairly confident that the end results are useful and don't lead to problems displaying the data.
