Retraining kwyk model (bayesian neural network) on kwyk dataset using nobrainer API #293

  • Try running the model until fit and document any issues
  • Run with predict and see how the API needs to be adapted. This is because the kwyk model returns multiple outputs.

for binary segmentation with 21 filters, works fine on A100s. However, for multi-class segmentation with the recommended 71 filters, the A100 isn't sufficient.
