Issue with stream and streamAnswer when tools attached to Agent or RAG

I have an issue to stream response if tools (used or not) are attached to Agent/RAG
If Agent/RAG have no tools stream works.

Has anyone had the same problem?
how can i fix it?

As mentioned in the documentation, Ollama does not support tools with stream:
