While using Securefs if you try to access existing file "Y:\Test.txt" but with path "Y:\test.txt" it will give "File not found" error, that is completely different from the usual Windows behaviour. Problem is that some programs may relay on case insensitive file names and try to find "steamui.dll" instead of "SteamUI.dll" that obviously will not work with Securefs.
